-Xchange fee forfeited

Cancellation Protection Option (CPO) @ USD19.00 - By purchasing CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, should you need to cancel your exchange holiday 29 days or less till the date of check-in, your deposited week will be saved up to the expiry date of usage week entitlement. You have the option of accepting CPO and paying the additional CPO fee on the replacement exchange reservation. No monetary refunds are allowed on cancellations. The CPO is valid for one time cancellation only.

If you decline CPO at the time of confirming your exchange, the cancellation policy applies.
Terms and Conditions
- Guest Certificate will be forfeited once cancelled.
- Balance from deducted Xchange fee will be credited on the next Xchange request.
- You may then request another xchange for which payment of an additional xchange fee may be required.
- CPO is valid for one time cancellation only.
- These policies are subject to change from time to time without prior notice to the members.
- The above cancellation policies are only valid for bookings made under QVI Club Vacation Memberships.
