Royal Goan Beach Club at Royal Palms - Goa, India |
The accommodation was comfortable, convenient and homely. The service could have been more prompt and helpful. In some instances we had to call for housekeeping 2-3 times before they finally came to clean or change supplies. Parking arrangements should be available inside/ near the resort since people tend to have more luggage in such trips.
We undertook the following activities in Goa –
- Historical - Visit to Old Goan Churches, Ponda Temples, Fort Aguada.
- Adventure & water sports - parasailing, water scooter, dolphin spotting ride at deep sea.
- Relaxation - A fun road trip from Pune to Goa in our own vehicle through various Goan cities like Margao, Panjim, Ponda, Vasco etc. Sun-bathing and relaxing at a couple of Goan beaches i.e. Benaulim, Colva, Calangute. Visiting the docks at Donna Paula. Enjoying ayurvedic massages for rejuvenation.
- Cultural – Enjoyed typical Goan cuisine, celebrated Christmas in traditional style, enjoyed a poolside Christmas party at the resort.
- Education & Learning – Visit to the National Institute of Oceanography.
Our most memorable experience was the water sports - parasailing, water scooter and dolphin spotting ride at deep sea. I would like to recommend the resort to a friend or family. This was one of the most fun-filled and exciting holidays that I have ever been on, thanks to the QVI family.
