The hotel in Austria was beautifully kept, the rooms were spotless and a housekeeper came by every day. I was impressed and grateful when I was able to have food brought to the room, especially made for my husband and I after I hurt my knee skiing and had difficulty walking. It was buffet night but they took extra special care to accommodate us when we were in need.
